Green Health Docs is a team of medical marijuana doctors who are passionate about helping veterans of the United States armed forces improve their physical and mental well-being. To say thank you for your service, we are providing a free medical marijuana certification evaluation to one veteran every month. Our monthly giveaway program aims to help veterans of the United States by providing a free medical marijuana certification evaluation so they can receive a legal medical marijuana card in their state.
How the Giveaway Works
To enter the monthly giveaway for a free medical marijuana card for veterans, simply schedule an appointment with Green Health Docs using the form below or by calling/texting 240-356-1000. At the end of each month, our team will randomly select a veteran with a scheduled appointment to receive a full reimbursement for the total cost of their evaluation. (You must be able to provide a valid military ID.)
