Can I smoke medical marijuana in Missouri if I have a card?

No. Smoking medical marijuana in public is still illegal in Missouri. If you have a medical marijuana card, you will only be able to consume it in the privacy of your home and other non-public areas. Remember to never bring medical marijuana on federal property.

After submitting your application with DHSS, they may take up to 30 days to approve or deny your request. If your application is denied, you will get another 10 days to modify your application and send it once more for review.
