- Anorexia
- Wasting Syndrome
- Severe nausea
- Seizures
- Severe or persistent muscle spasms
- Glaucoma
- Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
- Any other chronic medical condition which is severe and for which traditional treatment methods have not been effective.
