Once your appointment is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after. This email will have the link to your intake form which is where you will fill out your medical information as well as upload your ID and any medical documentation you are able to provide.

What is a caregiver?

Caregivers are only appointed by patients and must be 21 years or older and register with the state as a caregiver.

As a legal medical marijuana patient, you are protected. Patients do not have to disclose that they possess medical marijuana and do not have to consent to a search. However, if a search is conducted and medical marijuana is found, the patient should immediately present their patient ID card or direct law enforcement to the medical marijuana patient registry to show that they are a legal patient.
Do Arkansas dispensaries recognize other state medical marijuana ID cards?
Yes. Patients interested in using a medical marijuana card from another state while in Arkansas will have to apply as a visiting patient. The application is $50 and if accepted, will allow patients to purchase medical marijuana from Arkansas dispensaries for 30 days.
Can I use my Arkansas medical marijuana card in another state?
Yes, there are multiple states currently accepting Arkansas medical cards. The laws for using out-of-state medical cards vary from state to state, so the best way to find out is by contacting a dispensary in the state you’re interested in visiting.
